Inc. 5000 released their 2015 list of the 5,000 fastest growing private companies in America. These companies are determined by their percentage of revenue growth over a period of four years.
A total of 109 Arizona companies made the list, with 84 of those being located in Phoenix and surrounding areas. Of the 109 companies, the tech and digital media industries are represented well by companies like GoDaddy, ZOG Digital, and WebPT.
“Making the list once was a huge accomplishment, so it’s pretty incredible to think that we’ve been able to sustain the growth necessary to keep the streak going for three years in a row,” WebPT CEO Paul Winandy said. “I’ve got to hand it to the amazing team we’ve assembled, because they’re the ones pushing the envelope day in and day out to propel the company to new heights.”

This year, software was the fifth fastest growing industry at 158 percent.
