Swiftpage, a leading provider of integrated marketing and CRM solutions for individuals, growing businesses and mobile sales team, announced they entered into an agreement to sell the whole entirety of its Saleslogix assets to Infor, a leading provider of business application software and cloud services serving more than 70,000 customers. Financials were not disclosed.
Saleslogix’ CRM will become Infor CRMTM, helping Infor’s position themselves as a leader in the cloud-based CRM market, and adding strong sales and service functionality to Infor CloudSuiteTM, the first group of industry-specific application suites available on Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) cloud. Infor plans a major investment in the product, including increased scalability, refreshed user interface with Infor’s leading UX designers in New York, and added industry-specific functionality that leverages Infor’s deep expertise in industry processes.
While Infor headquarters are located out-of-state, CEO Swiftpage John Oechsle tells AZTB that “both Swiftpage and Infor will continue to have a large presence in the Valley. [Also,] all staff working on the Saleslogix CRM software platform will move to Infor after transaction close.”
Oechsle said he is looking forward to working fulltime on Swiftpage’s leading software platform, Act! and focus on helping small businesses in the region thrive, “All of us at Swiftpage are tremendously excited for the opportunity to devote the full complement of our resources to providing micro and small businesses with the tools they need to grow using the Act! portfolio. Swiftpage is now well-positioned to create a truly unified global Act! business and serve as a worldwide leader in the small business conversion and retention space. Saleslogix is a fantastic product and will be in good hands with Infor as it is a perfect strategic fit within their CRM portfolio.”
