Parchment, the leader in electronic transcript exchange, announced at the National Association of College Admissions Counseling (NACAC) in Toronto, Canada upgrades to Parchment Receive, a web-based solution for one to request, receive and analyze eTranscripts. It is designed to enhance college admission’s productivity and support student goals.
Parchment as helped more than 3 million people and 7,700 schools and universities have used Parchment to exchange nearly 10 million transcripts and other credentials. The redesign of Parchment Receive was inspired by feedback from over 2,000 receiving institutions. The enhancements focus on improving efficiency, ease of use and to meet institutional goals, including:
*An advanced touch-free automation feature and open standards that enable documents to be collected from various exchanges, sort the documents based on custom filters and automatically route to the appropriate destinations.
*A new inbox-style interface
*Download requests are removed from email and routed to the Parchment Receive Inbox to allow administrators to download all documents together
As part of the suite of Parchment products designed to exchange transcripts, Parchment Receive facilitates many institutional goals such as Reverse Transfer initiatives and helping students receive their Financial Aid awards more easily.
