Free Lunch Fridays Hits Phoenix

Startups need money, resources-and a free lunch! AZ Tech Beat, in partnership with Seed Spot, will be hosting Free Lunch Fridays in Phoenix. Free Lunch Fridays, a non-profit organization, has one simple goal-to provide community, content, connections and access to capital to the startups and entrepreneurs who fuel the ecosystem. The program runs the last Friday of the month and includes a lecture from a locally- to nationally-known entrepreneur or expert-the location of the event will shift around the Valley each month. The focus is to offer the startup community access to resources, experts, partners and capital. “The startup community in Arizona needs resources and support to fuel the ecosystem. Free lunch Fridays is one such national program that embraces the trials and tribulations of the startup process and helps provide solutions to get our entrepreneurs to the next level.” Said Tishin Donkersley, M.A., Editor for AZ Tech Beat. March 29th will kick off the first event in Phoenix, with Bob La Loggia, CEO, Appointment-Plus, as the speaker with the topic, “Jack of all trades, Master of one.” “Its great to see national events like Free Lunch Fridays come to Phoenix to further the community of entrepreneurs and startups in the Valley.” Said Chris Petroff, Co-Founder of SEED SPOT.

  1. I have heard Bob speak before and he is an excellent speaker.
I am out of town but am returning early just to attend this event. Thanks for the email. Would have missed this had I not been paying attention.

  2. I agree. Bob is a great speaker (funny too), not to mention a super successful software entrepreneur.
