Digital Air Strike, a Scottsdale-based startup designed to help car dealers improve marketing and customer engagement, has received awards in six different consumer technology categories as part of the 17th annual Dealers’ Choice Awards program from Bobit Media.
This is a record number of awards for Digital Air Strike (DAS), and the company was one of a few that received the highest number of awards this year.
For 17 years, thousands of auto dealers have voted for their favorite vendors, suppliers and finance partners by filling out a 41-category online survey. DAS noted that these awards are particularly meaningful because winners are chosen by auto dealers themselves.
“We are honored that so many dealers selected us for a record number of Dealers’ Choice Awards,” said Alexi Venneri, Digital Air Strike co-founder and CEO.
DAS has been recognized for its digital marketing, reputation management and social media management technology by this program in the past. But this is the first time DAS received top honors in four new customer experience (CX) technology categories. The company received a Diamond Award — the top award — for digital marketing and reputation management. It was given Platinum awards, just below Diamond awards, in four categories: New Vehicle Leads, Mobile Media, Social Media Management and Video Messaging.
Venneri started DAS with three auto dealers in 2010, around the height of the Recession. Initially, the company provided social media management for car dealerships, but it has since developed additional technologies to help dealerships rise above competitors. DAS now helps more than 7,700 businesses.
