If you want to start a business, you’ve gotta learn to swim with the sharks, and Daymond John, reality TV judge on Shark Tank and one of the keynote speakers at InfusionCon 2013, will share how to sink or swim in the world of small business.
Entrepreneurs from around the world head to Scottsdale, Ariz. on Wednesday, March 27 for the seventh annual InfusionCon user conference. Infusionsoft, a Chandler-based all-in-one sales and marketing software company, presents the three-day conference designed to bring together small businesses to learn and network. The conference runs through Friday, March 29.
During InfusionCon 2013, held at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa, attendees have the opportunity to view keynote presentations, participate in hands-on product training, listen to business success stories and network with fellow small business owners.
“The energy at last year’s InfusionCon was incredible and we’re just so excited to give our customers an even better experience in 2013,” Infusionsoft co-founder and CEO Clate Mask said. “Everything we have lined up for our customers is top-notch – from the speakers we have in store, to the content tracks we’ve prepared. We can’t wait to spend time with the high caliber small business leaders who make up our customer base, and help them achieve further success in their ventures.”
Keynote speaker Daymond John is the founder of FUBU clothing, best-selling author and Shark Tank reality TV judge. John has been presented with awards such as Brandweek Marketer of the Year and the Advertising Age Marketing 1000 Award for Outstanding Ad Campaign. He will share his experiences and marketing insight with attendees.
“Daymond John is a world-class speaker and entrepreneur with invaluable insight to share with small business owners,” events manager for Infusionsoft Nicole Shoots said. “We are thrilled for what he’ll bring to this year’s event and the lessons he can share with our customers. It will prove to be a highly impactful session.”
Other speakers and thought leaders to watch during the conference include Infusionsoft’s CEO Clate Mask, author of “The New Relationship Marketing” Mari Smith and president of Convince & Convert Jay Baer.
InfusionCon 2013 provides attendees with training and education in the form of speaker sessions and one-on-one help. Topics include fundamentals and advanced techniques for using Infusionsoft, marketing strategy, social media, company culture, business management, automation, branding, copywriting, affiliate marketing and more.
During the conference, Infusionsoft will hold two contests to recognize Infusionsoft users.
The company will choose this year’s Ultimate Marketer from three finalists. This contest is designed to recognize business owners using Infusionsoft in unique ways to revolutionize their business.
Infusionsoft will also hold the first-ever Battle of the Apps competition. This competition allows developers to present applications they have created that enrich the Infusionsoft user experience. The company will hand out $20,000 worth of prizes to the developer with the best app, as well as runners-up.
Highly anticipated for this year’s conference is the unveiling of the Infusionsoft Spring Release, showcasing new features and enhancements, by chief product officer Richard Tripp.
This year, the conference has over 2,000 registrants, selling out the event. Visit 2013.infusioncon.com for more information on InfusionCon 2013.
