More than halfway through 2015 and Arizona is on track for another great year of funding. These are the latest funding announcements that occurred May to July.
 

eVisit

Gilbert-based telehealth software startup eVisit announced the raise of $1 million in seed funding this week led by Alan Ram, Founder of Alan Ram’s Proactive Training Solutions, Chris Reap, Investor at Northstar Capital, LLC, and Sam Blackham, an SaaS Advisor and Investor.
 

Freshly

Tempe-based startup Freshly, a subscription-based, gourmet ready-made meal delivery service, has grown at such a rapid rate that they are expanding operations to the east coast. In addition, the company recently raised a Series A of $7 million led by Highland Capital Partners, bringing their total funding to $9 million.
 
Game CoLab
Video game incubator Game CoLab announced that its program will continue after they received a second economic development grant from the City of Phoenix.
 
The Medical Memory
Bridging the gap between physician communication and patient comprehension, The Medical Memory closed a $2.1 million seed round led by Provenance Venture Partners, which will allow them to further develop its platform and services.
 
CampusLogic
Ed tech startup CampusLogic raised $4.1 million from notable education technology investors and will use the money to increase sales, marketing and product development.
 
DUFL
Tempe-based DUFL, a premium, travel valet service, packs and ships ones’ clothes to a destination recently closed on a $3 million convertible note led by local and outside private investors.
 
 
ClearDATA
ClearDATA, the leading healthcare cloud computing platform and service provider, announced the closing of an over-subscribed $25 million Series C led by Heritage Group, HLM Venture Partners and Flare Capital Partners.
 
 
IRIS PR software
Cloud-based public relations management SaaS platform IRIS announced a $1 million equity seed-preferred round, bringing their total funding to $1.25 million.
 
 
Shelvspace
Shelvspace, a SaaS solution for the consumer packaging goods industry, announced they closed on a $1 million seed round of funding led by Tallwave Capital with participation from high-profile California and Arizona based investors.
 
Pure Chat
Pure Chat, a live support and sales software company, has raised $1.5 million dollars in a seed round to continue helping small businesses around the world connect with their customers on-the-go.
