Internet Information Technologies, dba SMART Service Desk, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Thaddeus (“TC”) J Crawford as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors effective immediately.

Prior to joining IIT, Crawford spearheaded major strategic initiatives in the service industries with The Washington Post subsidiary Cable One Inc., Insight Enterprises Inc. Direct Alliance/Revana, and FedEx Inc. His service delivery leadership roles have included service transformations in Technology Services, Business Operations as well as Business Development.
