UAT students Bohemian Rhapsody: Star Wars parody video goes viral

Whenever I hear the Bohemian Rhapsody, it’s hard for me to not think of Wayne’s World with Mike Meyers (Wayne) and Dana Carvey (Garth) rocking down the road in a piece of crap car with their partied out friends to one of Queen’s most epic hits. Today I have a new vision of Stormtroopers, a mini Darth Vader, and the Rebel Alliance belting out parody lyrics such as,
“Anywhere the force flows, doesn’t really matter to me…to me.”
“Jabba…just captured Hans…took him down without a fight…and now he’s frozen carbonite.”
as they, and other characters, take us through memorable moments from the Star Wars saga from “a long time ago in a karaoke bar far, far away.”
Kudos to the students at the University of Advancing Technology who created an awesome video that showcased the level creativity and talent that explodes out of this university. Their Bohemian Rhapsody: Star Wars parody video went viral with over 1.5M hits on YouTube. Watch it here on YouTube.
May the force be with you…
