1. Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes begins on December 13, 2013 at 12:00 AM MT and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT on December 16, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).The Sweepstakes consists of four (4) separate daily entry periods (“Daily Entry Period(s)“), each with its own start time and end time, as specified below.
2. Schedule for Daily Entry Periods and drawing dates is as follows:
Daily Entry Period 1 (December 13, 2013) begins at 12:00 AM MT and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT. The random prize drawing will be conducted on or around December 14, 2013.
Daily Entry Period 2 (December 14, 2013) begins at 12:00 AM MT and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT. The random prize drawing will be conducted on or around December 15, 2013.
Daily Entry Period 3 (December 15, 2013) begins at 12:00 AM MT and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT. The random prize drawing will be conducted on or around December 16, 2013.
Daily Entry Period 4 (December 16, 2013) begins at 12:00 AM MT and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT. The random prize drawing will be conducted on or around December 17, 2013.
3. Entering the Sweepstakes. To enter the Sweepstakes go to www.aztechbeat.com, click on the link for the “Winter Gadget Giveaway” provide your name and e-mail. By entering, you agree to receive the AZ Tech Beat Newsletter and to these Official Terms. There is no fee to register for the Sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person per Daily Entry Period; entries will not roll over from one Daily Entry Period to another.
4. Prizes. The Sweepstakes will award one daily prize (the “Daily Prize(s)”) per Daily Entry Period. Each Daily Prize is outlined below:
Daily Prize for December 13, 2013: One (1) Tego Audio Speakers with an Average Retail Value (ARV) of Ninety Dollars (US$90.00)
Daily Prize for December 14, 2013: One (1) Amazon Gift Card with an ARV of Twenty Dollars (US$20.00)
Daily Prize for December 15, 2013: One (1) Tego Power Card and Power Grid with an ARV of One Hundred an Ten Dollars (US$110.00)
Daily Prize for December 16, 2013: One (1) Google Chromecast with an ARV of Thirty Five Dollars (US$35.00)
6.) Prize Restrictions. No assignment, transfer, conversion to cash or cash redemption or substitution of the Daily Prizes is permitted, except Administrator reserves the right to substitute any Daily Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value should a Daily Prize become unavailable. Daily Prizes are solely for personal use and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. All Daily Prize details are at the sole discretion of AZ Tech Beat.
7.) Changes. We may occasionally change these Terms, so we encourage you to return to the site and review the Terms periodically. The most current Terms will be linked to the original “Winter Gadget giveaway” post. If you continue to use the Terms after we change them, then you are on your own and you accept all changes.
8. Privacy. We will not share your information with 3rd parties or product companies used in the giveaway.
9. Winner notification. The winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified via email. If a potential Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate Winner selected in accordance with the Terms.
10. By entering this contest, you understand that you will receive the AZTB newsletter. The name of the Winner will be announced throughout AZTB media platform and used at AZTB’s discretion. Each entrant, but entering this contest provides to AZTB in irrevocable license for such purpose.
