Our mission is to bring more high tech jobs and business opportunities to local Arizona, while building a solid innovation and collaboration relations between the two. We started this non-profit organization in Feb, 2013. We plan to work with major high-tech companies in Arizona to offer job pool and to match  high tech work force.”
Chang continues, “An example of this is International Turbine Engine Company(ITEC) which is a shared company between Honeywell and a Taiwan. They work together to utilize the funding from Taiwan and the high tech resources in the US to produce world first class fighter jet engines, and sell around the world.
