Our mission is to bring more high tech jobs and business opportunities to local Arizona, while building a solid innovation and collaboration relations between the two. We started this non-profit organization in Feb, 2013. We plan to work with major high-tech companies in Arizona to offer job pool and to match high tech work force.”
Chang continues, “An example of this is International Turbine Engine Company(ITEC) which is a shared company between Honeywell and a Taiwan. They work together to utilize the funding from Taiwan and the high tech resources in the US to produce world first class fighter jet engines, and sell around the world. It not only creates job opportunities, but also creates win-win business.”
