Imprezzio Inc., a software solutions provider out of Spokane, WA, recently acquired local software company Racing Snail, “a Cloud-based tool which allows insurance agents to analyze sales data for the agency and independent producers using a variety of metrics.” Imprezzio is the maker of AgentsAlly, a business management and analysis software. President Russell Page says, “The acquisition of Racing Snail is a natural step in Imprezzio’s evolution, and dovetails nicely with our family of companies, as Imprezzio provides Software as a Service (SaaS) to some of the nation’s largest insurance enterprises.”
Jerome Carlile, President of Racing Snail, will join Imprezzio’s leadership team while the company remains independent. Carlile commented, “By joining forces with Imprezzio, Racing Snail users will be able to analyze the entire sales process from prospecting to quoting to sales to commission payments, to ROI analysis. This has been our objective from the very beginning and our relationship with Imprezzio now brings this to fruition.”
Through their partnership, AgentsAlly will handle lead lists, prospecting tasks, lead management and follow-up, and customer relationship management (CRM) while Racing Snail will offer flexible commission plans that will be customizable to the needs of individual agents. Carlile also said, “It basically gives us a whole lot more opportunity to appeal to a broader range of agents. Prior to the acquisition, we were primarily dealing with captive agents and now we can appeal to independent agents as well.”
The transaction between the companies will be finalized in August.
