“We are extremely excited to welcome Ashley to the WebPT team,” Ham said. “Her track record of running businesses at scale and focus on product innovation make her an ideal fit for WebPT’s next phase of growth.”

Heidi Jannenga, Ham’s co-founder and the company’s Chief Clinical Officer, noted that Ham had been “instrumental” to WebPT’s growth, which continues to accelerate.

Glover brings a wide range of experience to her new role. For 20 years, she’s been an executive at several tech firms, and most recently, Glover was president of RealPage, a SaaS and data science company for real estate. As part of her time there, she worked on product innovation and improving the customer experience.

“Her background, energy, and belief in our mission to help therapists achieve greatness will continue to help us grow so we can better serve our Members and the industry we love,” Ham said in a statement.

Jannenga expressed enthusiasm about Glover’s appointment and she believes the new CEO will provide valuable expertise during the company’s continued growth. Glover’s also excited to start her new role.

“I was instantly drawn to the innovation, high performance culture, and a mission I can truly stand behind,” she said. “Together we will continue to deliver innovative solutions, world-class service, and the advocacy the rehab therapy community needs.”
