StringCan Interactive acquires Boston's Baked and Branded

StringCan Interactive, an online marketing, branding and technology services company, announced today that it has acquired Boston-based Baked & Branded, a technology services firm specializing in bringing startups to market. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The combined company will merge creative strategy with application technology development to provide agile and flexible end-to-end technology and marketing strategy, and execution to clients looking for solutions to complex problems, all under one brand.
“Over the past two years, StringCan Interactive has been instrumental in building the World Trade Centers Association’s (WTCA) global member platform,” said Eric Dahl, CEO of WTCA. “Our organization needed a dedicated and experienced digital team to fulfill our brand vision. StringCan worked closely with the WTCA to develop a new strategy, executed the plan and delivered the results it promised. We look forward to growing our relationship with the firm and working with the Baked & Branded team now that it is part of StringCan’s company portfolio.”
OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAJay Feitlinger, CEO and founder of StringCan Interactive, said, “Our clients were asking us to complete the digital media puzzle. A logical next step was to merge with our technology partner, Baked & Branded. This acquisition also means we are now open for business in Boston, one of the country’s most future-forward cities when it comes to uniting the practices of marketing and technology. Being present here provides us with great market expansion, as well as a central hub for our European clients.”
As part of the acquisition, Baked & Branded’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) Eric Sullivan will become StringCan’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and President of Baked & Branded, serving clients worldwide.
