When it comes to great places to work in Arizona, look no further than Infusionsoft. The Chandler-based software company was ranked 13th in Fortune Magazine’s annual list of the best medium-size companies to work for.
Infusionsoft produces sales and marketing software targeted at small businesses and employs about 500 people. It was the only Arizona company ranked.
What makes it great?
Well, as we pointed out in our story on six cool places to work in Arizona, Infusionsoft encourages its employees to set and achieve goals outside the office. The company has hired people specifically to be Dream Managers, whose job is to help other workers reach those goals. A fully stock recreation room doesn’t hurt the workplace atmosphere either.
Infusionsoft also offers new employees $5,000 to leave the company if they don’t think it’s a good fit, but most employees enjoy their time there. In fact, 98 percent of employees surveyed said Infusionsoft has a great atmosphere, and 97 percent said it has great bosses, according to Great Place to Work’s Great Rated profile.
The company moved its headquarters from Gilbert to Chandler in 2012 and has grown dramatically since. This is the third time it has made Fortune’s list.

We’re helping thousands of small businesses around the world find their version of success, and our people understand the impact their individual roles have in this.”
The rankings are the result of a survey that measures multiple aspects of employee satisfaction, workplace atmosphere, and company practices.
