Mohr was ahead of his time with employment scouting as he joined this small employment technology start-up and help found Jobing.com. Mohr spent more than 10 years building the company to reach revenues north of $37 million. Through his work at Jobing.com, he came to know many executive headhunters and through this process he met Max Hansen and Brett Farmiloe and together founded Y Scouts, a purpose-based leadership search firm. Their mission is to connect people and companies whose “Why” are in alignment. Mohr will tell you, “We help leaders and companies come together to work towards something meaningful, something that we deeply care about, together,” and passionately believes, “the high currency in today’s employment market is meaningful work, not just a paycheck.”
