Best Workplaces for Millennials in 2015

According to the White House, the Millennial generation (a.k.a. Generation Y) is now the largest, most diverse generation in the United States population. With birth years ranging from the early 1980s to early 2000s, millennials have grown up and are now entering the working world.
Fortune magazine has created a list (in partnership with Great Place to Work) of the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials in 2015 with companies in industries including real estate and construction, financial services, and technology. One Arizona company made the list out of 100 companies across the nation.
A Great Place to Work review is a “best of the best” ranking in which survey responses were evaluated from hundreds of companies with 50 or more “millennial” employees (employees under 35) and the top 100 were then identified. The companies included on this list are serious about creating great workplaces that are comfortable with transparency and interested in sharing the unique aspects of their workplaces treasured by employees.
