Manage your company’s online reputation – AZTB Lunch and Learn Jan.
Thomas Hawthorne

Last month, at AZ Tech Beat’s December Lunch and Learn, Annette Zinky, president and CEO of the Northern Arizona Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology, offered advice on building an effective company culture and raising employees’ mojo to the max.

Zinky touched on many topics explaining what it means to create a distinctive business culture and expand on employees’ work potential. Her top four tips include:

  1. Define your company’s values and know what you want your culture to be.
  2. Create stories to spread your company’s culture and build support for your company’s mission.
  3. When hiring new employees, know your current team and their assets to better understand what kind of person works well with your culture.
  4. Allow your employees to express themselves and their strengths.
