Pure Chat launches iOS app to help keep up with customers on-the-go
Pure Chat, a live support and sales software that simplifies communication, launched their iOS mobile application to help businesses stay connected with their customers on-the-go.
Normally one would have to be at their computer to live chat with their customer, now with the new Pure Chat application, owners and customer support team members have the ability to keep track of their chats, engage at anytime and schedule availability times for live chats away from their desk.
The app functionality is simple, once a customer engages in a live chat on a website, a notification will be sent to the mobile device and the team member has the ability to open their mobile device, chat through the application or return to their computer and engage there. Another benefit of Pure Chat is that all communication is synchronized to all devices and can be accessed at any time. The application makes it really easy for businesses to interact with their customers regardless of location.
