Brian Mohr, Co-Founder & COO of Y Scouts, to speak at Free Lunch Friday
Last month at Free Lunch Friday, mobile app developers Jo Overline and Ryan Allen, better known as the Dapper Gentlemen, lit up the room with a healthy dose of humor and advice with their talk “Embracing Disruptive Mobile Technology.” Their talk drew over 10,000 views to AZ Tech Beat TV YouTube channel. For entrepreneurs considering a mobile app for their business Overline and Allen gave some key points to before jumping into development. Watch their talk here.
This month we have another vibrant speaker that will lift your spirit and inspire your inner entrepreneur, Brian Mohr, Co-Founder & COO of Y Scouts, a purpose-based leadership search firm, will discuss how to “Build Purpose-Driven Companies.”
Mohr was ahead of his time with employment scouting as he joined this small employment technology start-up and help found Jobing.com. Mohr spent more than 10 years building the company to reach revenues north of $37 million. Through his work at Jobing.com, he came to know many executive headhunters and through this process he met Max Hansen and Brett Farmiloe and together founded Y Scouts, a purpose-based leadership search firm. Their mission is to connect people and companies whose “Why” are in alignment. Mohr will tell you, “We help leaders and companies come together to work towards something meaningful, something that we deeply care about, together,” and passionately believes, “the high currency in today’s employment market is meaningful work, not just a paycheck.”
Be prepared for a high-energy inspiring talk with some laughs and potent advice on how to build a purpose-driven company. Learn more about YScouts here.
