FLF Phoenix is back after a summer break! AZ Tech Beat kicked off our series with amazing speakers Bob La Loggia, CEO of Appointment-Plus, Chris Johnson, CEO of Terralever, and Pat Sullivan, CEO of Contatta, who shared their tricks of the trade and a few lessons learned while building their company. The focus is to offer the startup community access to resources, experts, partners and capital. ABOUT THOM BRODEUR
Thom serves as EVP, Venture Management at Tallwave where he oversees Tallwave’s portfolio of software, digital marketing and services companies. With over 18 years of startup and enterprise management experience, Thom has served in numerous executive positions including President and COO of leading women’s health social network EmpowHER, COO at Help A Reporter (HARO), SVP, Global Strategy and Development at Marketwire and VP at marketing communications giant Omnicom. In each endeavor, Thom’s leadership resulted in significant business results for his employers including stellar growth, M&A opportunities and industry accolades. Thom has served on numerous boards and is currently serves on the Advisory Boards for Arizona-based startups GreenNurture and In Our Genes, and on the Board of Directors of the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits, and one n ten. He graduated Youngstown State University with degrees in Economics and Political Science and also attended The Thunderbird School of Global Management’s Executive Education Program earning certificates in Global Branding, and Finance for Global Managers.
