inData, a software and consulting company that develops programs designed for trial attorneys, announced their hiring of software architect David Gallivan to lead development efforts. Gallivan has over 20 years of experience in software development. He has been involved with ImageTag, Republic Project, Bright Spot Media, eInstruction, Cuclone Commerce and SalesLogix. inData also provides software training, trial consulting and graphic services to legal professionals dealing with the challenges of litigation.

Gallivan said, “I have been familiar with inData for some time now and enjoyed seeing the company grow and reinvent itself to meet the changing demands of customers in the legal industry.
